Our technology support is based on flexible plans to give you as much choice as you need. These services are specifically designed to remove day to day IT worries or interruptions and let you concentrate on your work.

Don't be surprised if you rarely have to call us, we built it that way!

Desktop Support and Server Support require a one-off Onboarding Project charge per computer where we carry out network and IT system discovery and remediation work. Onboarding includes an extensive network condition report and an IT Lifecycle roadmap to help you with forward budget planning.

Server support:

If you have one or more physical servers in your business, and its functions could be moved to the cloud, we will work with you to create an implementation plan. Where a cloud migration is not possible, will will quote for server support on a per case basis.
